It's at an altitude of 1400 metres, in the heart of the "Parco Nazionale della Maiella", in the little picturesque old town of Pescocostanzo, just 100 metres from the main square.

There are six refinedly furnished bedrooms; one of them is suitable for disabled people. Each one has private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, mini-bar, TV, telephone, safe and parquet floor.
