The small hamlet "S. Pio di Fontecchio" lies 25 km far from L'Aquila, on the outskirts of the "Parco Naturale Regionale Sirente Velino". The seven apartments constituting the complex "Alle Vecchie Querce" are situated in three ancient rural houses of the hamlet.

Each house has independent access and looks onto terraces or green areas. The apartments have different size and characteristics and have independent heating, kitchen with fridge and oven and, on request, TV and hairdryer; they change bed linen once a week.
