L'Aperegina

It's in the centre of three nature reserves, not far from the Adriatic Sea. "L'Aperegina" provides half board in double rooms furnished with the unsophisticated style of the rural houses. The room named "Nido" (Nest), placed on a great almond tree, arouses an unusual interest.

L'Aperegina offers a reading room and the use of a kitchen and a washing machine. Has its own car park and offers hospitality in spring, summer and autumn.

The prevailing farm's business is beekeeping. But they breed animals, cultivate a vegetable garden, a little orchard and more. They produce, with the guests' participation, "millefiori" honey, various kind of preserve, the "nocino" liqueur and more. The typical rural cooking offers local dishes and vegetarian ones. In the wood-burning oven they cook bread, pizzas and biscuits.

There are many recreational activities; between them, you can choose flights on the three nature reserves af Abruzzo, too. 30% per cent of the region is formed by nature reserves. L'Aperegina proposes trekking routes and cultural or natural itineraries in accordance to the guests' interests.
