Canovetta del Vento

The organic farm "Canovetta del Vento" is in the open country at an altitude of about 300 metres, near Bologna.
They produce grain, vegetables, fruit, honey, officinal plants, and rear poultry yard animals.
In the old farmhouse, restored maintaining the original structure unchanged, they made five bedrooms with private bathroom, one single and four double; one of them is accessible by disabled people.
Every room has been furnished with old iron bedsteads and wooden furniture in rural style, in accordance with the house.

The dining room is in the area once occupied by the cattle shed. Here they serve dishes of the Bolognese tradition, prepared using produce of the farm itself or of other near organic farms.
