It's placed in a hilly area, midway between the Adriatic sea and the Sibillini mountains.
The attached farm practise natural agricultural techniques. You can buy their wine, olive oil, jams, cooked wine, mistrà (a kind of liqueur).
The cooking is very good and employs organic produce of the farm for the most part. |

There are various sports services: five-a-side football ground, tennis court, ping-pong, mountain bikes, and especially horse riding (there's a riding ground and a paddock, too).
