Ortezzano is a picturesque little town of the Aso valley, situated midway between the sea and the Sibillini mountains.
The restored old rural house is close to Ortezzano and is in the middle of a large organic farm, where they grow especially fruit trees and vineyards.
During the restoration, they employed sophisticated technologies, respectful of nature, for water heating and temperature control in the interiors.
They made some differently wide apartments, every one with its own kitchen, and one room with bathroom.
Every room has wooden-beam floor and is almost entirely furnished with period furniture. |

The farm has an agreement with the restaurant "la Rosa dei Venti", situated in the historic centre of Ortezzano.
A wide swimming pool is at the guests' disposal. |
