It's on a hill in the Aso valley, in the open country, about 15 kilometres from the Adriatic Sea.
M.E.S. stands for "Modulo Ecologico Sperimentale" (Ecological Experimental Module) meaning interest and dedication for the organic farming and the preservation of the natural environment.
They offer accommodation in comfortable rooms furnished in rural style.

In a welcoming hall you may taste traditional recipes, vegetarian dishes and local produce, all strictly coming from organic farms.
Besides, they organize courses like cooking, Italian for foreign people and decorative design and art, and you may play archery or practise Taj-chi.
There's a wide and very well-kept swimming pool inside a wood, close to the house. |
