The "pink house" is a typical nineteenth-century rural house, restored using only natural materials, in accordance with ecological design.

The furniture derives mainly from the families of the owners or from old houses of the region.

It's 7 km from Tolentino, at an altitude of 400 metres, and is about 40 km away both from the sea and the ski-runs of Sibillini Mountains.

They propose accommodation in 3 rooms and in 5 apartments which sleep 25 in all; one apartment is suitable for disabled people.

The rooms are on the first or second floor, and have bathroom and independent access.

The apartments are on ground, first and second floor. They have double room, kitchen with cooking area and sofa bed, bathroom and terrace or arcade.

All the lodgings have independent heating, telephone and TV.

The farm is also provided with: common hall, connection to the Internet, car park, barbecue, ping pong, bowling green, mini-basket, playground for children. Some mountain bikes are at guests' disposal.

A swimming pool is at guests' disposal. The restaurant "Osteria della Piazzetta" has an agreement with the farm.

Pets are allowed.
