Il Cilegio dell'Etna

Situated on the slopes of Mount Etna and near the Ionian Sea, "Il Cilegio dell'Etna" enjoys a spectacular panoramic view. It's inside a farm where they grow citrus and other fruit (mainly cherries). Inside the nineteenth-century farmhouse, restored preserving the original architecture, they made 13 bedrooms, each one with bathroom, TV and air conditioning. |

The cooking aims at the rediscovery of old tastes and uses typical Sicilian produce, home-made pasta, ricotta, bread, genuine meat and preserves.
