It's a typical "masseria" (the local old rural house); it was restored respecting the original architectonic characteristics and changed into an holiday house for a single group (maximum 6 people). The villa is situated between the town of Ragusa and the sea, about 10 km far both.

The Agriturismo Villa Cardita is distinguished by the "baglio", that is the vast courtyard, thorough in detail with low walls, small stairs and a paving of great value.

On ground floor there's a large kitchen and dining room, a lounge with fireplace, a double room with bathroom and shower and a second bathroom and shower. On first floor there are 2 rooms with 2 beds each.

There's a table-tennis in an external room. It's possible to buy genuine local produce in the neighbourhood. Some bikes are at guests' disposal and excursions on horseback in the country are possible.
