The holiday farm Borgo San Benedetto is situated inside the walls of the castle with the same name and offers hospitality in a rural house completely restored respecting the tradition of the region.
It's inside an area which is famous for the wood produce (sour cherries, mushrooms, truffles) and is rich of game, a few kilometres from Gubbio. In about 30 minutes you can reach Perugia, Arezzo, Assisi, Frasassi caves and Lake Trasimeno.
In the house there are various apartments that may be adapted to the needs and the number of the guests. Every apartment has kitchen, rooms with bathroom, independent access and an external area, and may accommodate disabled people.

In the farm Borgo San Benedetto, known for the breeding of donkeys from Abruzzi, you may buy a typical produce like the "visner" (a sour cherry liqueur). Besides, they organize guided searches for truffles and they train dogs for truffles. |
