The farm Sant'Illuminato is located in the high Tiber valley, near the boundary between Umbria and Tuscany.

One of the house of the farm dates back to the seventeenth century. It has been restored trying not to modify the outdoor and interior architecture, and mantaining, where possible, the original building materials (beams, floors, fireplaces, oven for bread, etc.).

In the area facing the house they made a swimming pool with hydromassage.

The house is in a hill area, at an altitude of 300 metres, with two little lakes in either sides.
