"Poggio della Rosa" is situated 5 kilometres away from the old town centre of Amelia, Umbrian ancient little town.

The house is fruit of the restoration of an old rural house made of stone which keeps the original architectural line. It has terracotta-tiled floors and wooden-beam ceilings.

There are 5 completely independent apartments, differently sized, every one with kitchen with facilities, bedrooms, bathroom, independent heating, TV, internet.

Poggio della Rosa has a swimming pool, a garden with barbecue and a car park.

It's possible the reception of disabled people.

The farm sells its own produce: olive oil, wine, jams, honey.
