It's inside an active farm, at an altitude of about 220 metres on a hill facing the Adriatic Sea eastward and the La Majella and Gran Sasso mountains westward. The old town centre of Chieti is 5 kilometres far and Pescara 10.

The most important produce of the farm are quality wines, extra-virgin olive oil and cherries.
