The holiday farm is made of two different structures not far the one from the other; both are named "Fonte del Ceppo" and are situated in a hill position one at Tortoreto and the other at Montone.

The house is inside an olive grove with century-old trees and is surrounded by a portico and a wide garden, where children may safely play.

There are three double bedrooms on first floor, with the possibility to add a single bed or a cot, plus a single bedroom with bathroom; on ground floor there's a large hall with fireplace, a completely equipped kitchen with a fireplace, and a bathroom with shower.

The farmhouse, dating from the first years of the twentieth century and situated near the hamlet named Montone, is the result of a careful restoration.

The large space outside permit easy parking, amusement area for children and evenings in the open air using the barbecue at guests' disposal.
