It's inside a family-owned organic farm situated on the first hills near the River Panaro, at the same distance from Modena and Bologna.

In what once was the cattle shed, they made four bedrooms, one on ground floor and three on first floor, furnished with furniture of the family.

Each room has bathroom, air conditioner and independent heating.
