It's situated in the extreme south of the "Penisola Salentina", close to "Capo Santa Maria di Leuca", at an altitude of 100 metres and about 1 km from the sea; it extends on an area of 20 hectares, with olive trees and orchards.

It's a typical "masseria", which is the local traditional rural house. Preserving the original structure, they got some one-roomed independent apartments, each one with kitchenette, bathroom and hot water from solar panels.
