It is located in the Regional Park of the "Delta del Po", within 25 hectares of land cultivated with cereals and vegetables.

The structure consists of four apartments in the old farmhouse recently renovated: three apartments and a studio, all equipped with their own kitchen, bathroom with shower, air conditioning and TV.

Guests upon arrival will find the laundry, which will be changed weekly and the kitchen provided with food necessities, that at the end of the stay should be reinstated. The vegetables in season are available to the guests. Guests can also use the barbecue in the garden and dine outdoor.
